I already built a goat house but my problem is the Native Goats I bought are not used to be caged or tied to a rope. how can I make them adapt to a new environment especially to be caged every night. I'm also having a hard time forcing the buck to go to the cage. As for the doe I carried it all the way inside the goat house.

I already figured out how to put them in the cage...they automatically went up as soon as I introduced them the stairs...and now I believe its true that goats loves to climb and go to higher places.

Goats are very intelligent animals. In no time they will learn the new activity you have just introduced them.
Another way is to lure them by offering forages or concentrates in their cages.

Goat Day to all! I really don't know what thread should I post this question, though this query is in relation to goat houses..My doe is already pregnant and my goat house is elevated. Will the pregnancy of the doe be affected by its going up-and-down the stairs? In the morning I let them graze in my small so-called farm and in the afternoon I put them again in the cages. Will there be adverse effect on the doe? Any tip on what should I do? Thanks!
